BMW Oracle wants Swiss disqualified as America’s Cup trustee (Independent)
The latest in a barrage of law suits lodged by America’s Cup challenger BMW Oracle is asking the New York Courts to disqualify the holder, the Societe Nautique de Geneve, as trustee on behalf of the event and the holder, the Alinghi team.
