S. Africa Drops Antitrust Complaint BMW Abused Market Dominance (Bloomberg)
Nov. 11 (Bloomberg) — South Africa’s Competition Tribunal agreed to drop an antitrust complaint against Bayerische Motoren Werke AG that the car maker’s local unit had abused its market dominance.
