Acacia Subsidiary Enters into Settlement and License Agreement with BMW (The Auto Channel)
NEWPORT BEACH, Calif.–Acacia Research Corporation announced today that its Service Reminder, LLC subsidiary and BMW North America, LLC, filed a joint stipulation of dismissal of their patent litigation that had been pending in the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey, bearing Docket No. 08-4979 (SDW) (MCA).
