Man uses borrowed BMW to ram minivan, troopers say (WBTV Charlotte)
A Rock Hill man used a borrowed BMW to ram a woman’s minivan in Gaston County this weekend according to the North Carolina Highway Patrol. The initial incident happened near the Lowell exit off I-85 late Saturday night.
